Business Development Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a competitive and experience Business Development/Marketing Manager to help us in building new business initiatives.
Successful Candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and managing customer satisfaction.
The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth to the organization in the upcoming years.
Responsibilities
• Generate potential new business opportunities
• Understand customer’s businesses, and identify influencers and decision makers within a customer organization.
• Focus on identifying customer’s business challenges and developing strong value propositions to help customers meet the business objectives through sales.
• Conduct high impact sales presentations and prepare sales proposal (RFPs).
• Engage effectively with all levels across customer’s Organization including C-level executives, negotiate proposals with customers and effectively close business deals.
• Device strategies, define and achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Exceed customer satisfaction with every Customer engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven IT sales with background knowledge on banking, insurance, digital solution, cloud implementation etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Singapore citizens / PRs only
- High degree of self-motivation, strong commitment and result oriented
- Dedicated & excellent team player with written and verbal communication skills.
